Aircon Installation
and Replacement

When it comes to aircon installation, an error-free installation process is essential. For a seamless installation and replacement of your aircon, adherence to safety and quality are top priorities.
What Does Aircon Installation
and Replacement Involve?

For installation of new aircon units or replacement of aircons (without a change in piping), here's what we'll do when you engage us:
- Conduct a site survey to identify the best solution for the installation process
- Apply for the permit to carry out the installation (if necessary)
- Dismantle the existing aircon unit (if necessary)
- Fix the mounting plate and drill the holes for access work
- Lay the refrigerant piping, trunking and drainage pipe (for new installations only)
- Install the fan coil unit to the designated area (for indoor units)
- Install the condensing unit at the designated proposed area
- Connect the cable wire from the indoor to the outdoor unit
- Conduct testing and commissioning
The Importance of Proper Aircon
Installation and Replacement
Here's why it is essential to install your aircon safely and securely.
Compliance with Guidelines
Proper installation is necessary to comply with safety codes and guidelines, such as HDB aircon installation guidelines.
Promotes Peak Performance
An error-free aircon installation ensures that the unit functions as intended, maximising its performance capabilities and efficiency.
Ensures Safety
An accurate installation minimises the risk of electrical faults, short circuits, or other hazards that could jeopardise safety.
Protects Structural Integrity
Installing aircons may require mounting brackets or support. Properly securing them ensures they do not pose a risk of falling.
The Aircon Installation
and Replacement Process
Each aircon unit has its own specific installation requirements that must be adhered to. Even the slightest error in component placement can significantly impact the entire system’s functionality. To correctly install your aircon, here are the main steps we will take:
Conduct a site assessment: It is important to select a robust wall that can withstand the vibrations generated by the aircon unit. This becomes particularly crucial when both the indoor and outdoor units are placed on the same wall. A sturdy wall will minimise teh impact of vibrations on the building structure.
Prepare the installation site: This may involve creating the openings for aircon components by drilling the hole and installing the mounting brackets.
Install the indoor and outdoor units: We will mount the indoor and outdoor units in their designated places, taking special care to ensure the installation process is seamless and that no damage is incurred to existing structures or components.
Connect the electrical wiring and refrigerant: We will connect the electrical wiring and refrigerant lines between the indoor and outdoor units and ensure every connection is properly insulated and sealed to avoid leakage.
Conduct system testing and commissioning: We will test every aspect of your aircon to ensure it is fully operational and functioning flawlessly.
Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. That is why we prioritise safety, quality and precision when we handle your aircon installation and replacement.
