- Clean the water tray (for FCU - fan coil unit)
- Clean the cooling coil / evaporator coil
- Replace the filter (if necessary)
- Vacuum the drainage pipe
- Reassemble the existing panel and cover
- Check the refrigeration or gas level
- Testing and commissioning

Pricing of Our Aircon Servicing and Maintenance Services
You can choose to engage us for a one-time (ad-hoc) air-con servicing session or sign up for a regular scheduled servicing contract with us.
With our quarterly servicing package, we'll come to your home every 3 months to service your aircon.
Routine maintenance will ensure that your aircon units are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and tuned-up, helping to catch minor problems before they escalate into major issues.
