How can I book your services?

Do you offer same day service?
This depends on our availability, your location and the job scope. We will advise you whether there are slots available on the same day.
Can you come on weekends or at night when I am home?
Yes, if you are staying in a HDB or landed property. For condos, you will first need to check with your MCST whether we are able to come after 5pm on weekdays or during certain hours on weekends.
How can I change my scheduled appointment?
To reschedule your booking, please WhatsApp us at 8882 4129 at least one day before your original appointment date.
How do I make payment?
We accept payment via cash or PayNow. For PayNow, please screenshot the payment and send it to us at 8882 4129.
How often should I service my aircon?
We recommend scheduling regular quarterly servicing and maintenance for your AC unit to ensure that it operates at peak performance. Servicing your aircon every 3 months (i.e., 4 times a year) will help to reduce power consumption (and your utility bills!) and extend the lifespan of your aircon.
How often should I do a gas top-up? When do I know when to do a gas top-up?
This depends on the level of consumption of your aircon unit. When your aircon is not producing cold air, this suggests that it is time to top up the gas. During routine servicing and maintenance, our technicians can also check and advise whether a gas top-up is is required.
** Please note that our gas top-up service is not applicable for VRV or VRF air conditioning systems.
